Now in its 3rd year WOW! House can be found at Design Centre London in Chelsea Harbour.

This amazing immersive exhibition has been described as a one-of-a-kind- showhouse, featuring 19 rooms designed by leading interior designers all under one roof to create; you guessed it a WOW House!

The most thrilling aspect of this exhibition is that you are granted access to the work of some of the world’s best designers. You get a privileged glimpse into their imaginations exploring rooms that inspire and delight every sense (each room has it’s own soundscape and evocative scent) making it a truly immersive journey.

Dining Room - Designed by Tom Fulk

“A miniature world that encapsulates the idea that a home should be a fully realised vision of a life well-lived”

Ken Fulk

American designer Ken Fulk has not held back in this opulent dining room! A life reflected is the theme for this room which can be seen in both the rug from The Rug Company and the wall panelling both of which include images of Ken’s husband, dogs & life!

The ornate chandelier is actually made from recycled bottles and the ceiling is incorporated into the design by using the same colour pallete as the panelling and making it 3d.

Primary Bathroom - House of Rohl

“Our Bathroom is a sanctuary for relaxation and the discovery of sense”

Christina Gregoriou & Michaelis Boyd

This gorgeous and whimsical bathroom was one of my favourite spaces at the show. Featuring clay plaster walls and a hand painted mural you instantly felt relaxed. The use of curves was echoed in the shower area and felt like a soft embrace.

A brilliant “Alice in Wonderland” effect was used in the 3 areas that make up this bathroom by using floor tiles of decreasing size to demark the 3 wash zones - bathing, hand washing & showering.

Legend Room - Alidad

“It wouldn’t be an Alidad and Watts room without some colour”

Alidad

I was lucky enough to meet Alidad when I visited his room and what an utter gentleman he is! He let me into a secret, something in this room is from IKEA, can you guess what it is?

Known for his layering of pattern and texture, Alidad is a world-renowned talent with an amazing eye for antiques and textiles.

Opulent but liveable is a very accurate description of this stunning room that reveals more secrets the longer you spend absorbing it.

It is hard to articulate just how much I love this exhibition. To be immersed in great design is the ultimate pleasure and I am already counting down the days until Wow! House 2025!
